Katie specializes in technical project management, web design, and usability research. Her focus is always on people—whether it is anticipating how business or technology impacts end users or effectively communicating with project teams to ensure success. She has worked with a variety of organizations, including financial services firms, gaming studios, non-profits, and government agencies. Katie earned a double degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from the University of Washington.

When Katie isn’t managing projects or understanding users’ needs, she is fixing up her house and garden, managing 5k races, and making the best grilled cheese sandwich in the West.
