Emma Rose, PhD
Senior Associate
Emma is driven by a curiosity to understand why people do what they do. An expert in usability evaluation and research, Emma helps clients gain a deeper understanding of how their customers work, live and play. Emma spends her time at Anthro-Tech leading user-experience projects, designing study methodology, and teaching and training others to do the same. She has a PhD in Human Centered Design and Engineering from the University of Washington where her research focused on understanding people living in diverse and resource-contstrained contexts in order to improve technologies.
When Emma isn't trying to figure out what makes people tick, she's happiest on a northwest beach exploring tidepool life with her two small children.
