Lani specializes in designing optimal user experiences and enhancing the usability of products by implementing user-centered design activities throughout a product’s development cycle. She has successfully driven user experience projects in e-commerce, web publishing, technical publications, software applications, and interactive entertainment. Her work guides product teams in designing customer experiences by gathering requirements and performing user research to drive design decisions.
When Lani isn’t enhancing the way people experience products and information, she loves to film her daughter’s “firsts” and explore creative outlets such as scrapbooking, knitting and making jewelry.
