Robert is driven by his desire to gain a deep understanding of how things work. He’s interested in exploring the ways that design thinking can be used to strategically address organizational and social challenges to ultimately enable a better human experience. He is working on his Masters of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering at the University of Washington.

When he isn’t following the latest user experience news on Twitter, he can be found working on his artisan bread-baking skills or hatching a plan to prevent slugs from invading his garden.
