Suzanne’s Vcard

Suzanne is an expert in customer-centered product development, web user-interface design and usability research. She has over 10 years experience helping organizations bring user-centered design into their development processes to improve the usability and usefulness of their products. Suzanne has a Master’s degree in Communication and teaches at the University of Washington as an assistant affiliate professor in the Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering’s graduate program.

When Suzanne isn’t helping organizations change from the inside out she spends time with her family spearheading art projects, erupting volcanoes and improving her cartwheels.
