Suzanne’s Vcard

Suzanne is an expert in customer-centered product development, web user-interface design and usability research. She has over 10 years experience helping organizations bring user-centered design into their development processes to improve the usability and usefulness of their products. Suzanne has a Master’s degree in Communication and teaches at the University of Washington as an assistant affiliate professor in the Department of Technical Communication’s graduate program.

When Suzanne isn’t helping organizations change from the inside out she spends time with her family spearheading art projects, erupting volcanoes and improving her cartwheels.
